Beth Fitzpatrick, LCSW

Manager of the Employee Assistance Program at Children's Hospital LA

Beth Fitzpatrick is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the Manager of the Employee Assistance Program at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. Her entire professional career has been spent working in hospitals and medical centers. She has worked at Children's Hospital LA for 20 years - - the first six years working directly with children and their families undergoing bone marrow transplantation, and the rest in the Employee Assistance Program.

In her 14 years of working in the EAP at Children's Hospital LA, Beth has brought "Wellness Initiatives" to the staff, including chair massage, acupuncture, Zumba, yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, meditation, group drumming and others. She facilitates a multi-disciplinary "Wellness Committee" and coordinates the hospital's annual Wellness Festival.
