Participants will be able to:
1. Clearly define and articulate the differences between counseling, consultation and coaching within an EAP program, as well as the strengths and ethical dilemmas of coaching

2. Describe the two coach-credentialing organizations, and the different types of coaching credentials currently available, and the associated requirements for credentialing

3. Begin providing their own coaching services, using a coaching interview format and coaching forms provided by the presenter
